AKVIS Sketch

Image editing program that works as a single program or like a Photoshop plug-in.

AKVIS is a software company that provides us with some of the best applications and plug-ins to accomplish brilliant effects in our digital photographs. One of these programs is AKVIS Sketch that allows to instantly transform any image into a pencil drawing or watercolor painting.

  With AKVIS Sketch you can obtain different effects in your images: charcoal, watercolor or coloring. What's more, the application provides you absolute control over a group of parameters that allow to modify different aspects in your images. Some of the options that we will be able to configure are:
- Effects on the drawing: intensity and shadow of the medium tones, border sharpness, angle and size of the strokes,...
- Effects on the background: election of various kinds of blurring (Gaussian, radial, movement,...), its angle and its reach.
- Text effects: Font type, size, color, etc...
- Effects on the canvas: generate textures and adjust the brightness, relief, deformation,....

  Other interesting functions are the possibility to save a pack of default parameters (preset) or the support for batch processing that will allow to apply the same effect to a group of images at the same time.
